Prior to Departure:

- First Contact. This is when we start discussing the project. A quote is issued, then a contract is signed and funds are provided to the skipper as an advance on expenses.

- Boat Preparation : detailed verification of the boat and all systems. A detailed report will be given to the owner with prerequisits and recommandations in order for the boat to safely proceed in the navigation planned.

- Detailed Inventory

- Refit/upgrades where needed other than the prerequisits

- Protection of all delicate surfaces (varnish, upholstery, chromes etc.)

- Route Preparation : verification of boats documents and navigation documents and their conformity as per the visited countries specifics, special authorisations, special insurance needs (JWC defined zones for instance), paper and electronic charts verification etc.

- Weather analisis for the time of the year and the planned route, and preparation of a passage plan with the owner.

- Provisioning

While Under Way:

- Daily Weather Analisis and route ajustment when needed

- Daily Progression Report sent by email

- Boat Maintenance as per the scheduled maintenance calendar (oil changes etc.) and according to the sailing conditions (chafing points etc.)

- Sail triming and options made in order to accomplish the delivery as rapidly as possible with the boats condition and crew's safety in mind first.

Upon Arrival:

- Administration (if international delivery, clearance with customs and any relevant authority)

- Boat Cleaning and Inspection and all small "usual repairs"

- Detailed Memo with pictures, recomandations for embeterment and repairs if needed

- Detailed Inventory

- Accounts verification, and balance payment of the amounts as per the contract signed, and keys and boat documents handed to the boat owner or his/her representative.
